Leviticus 27:30-32

³⁰ ‘The tenth part of all the land, of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s. It is holy to the Lord. ³¹ If a man wants to buy any of the tenth part that belongs to the Lord, he will add one-fifth part to its price. ³² And every tenth animal of the cattle or flock, whatever passes under the shepherd’s stick, the tenth one will be holy to the Lord.
